I'm Val

I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of women rebuild a strong core.

After my second C-section, I just felt soft in the core area. I was doing crunches and cardio, but I never actually felt strong.

That’s when I decided to go deep — into the deep core 😊 — and started specializing in it. I’ve been a trainer for 12 years and have a degree in kinesiology, and let me tell you… this is a whole new ball game.

I saw how much it transformed my core and finally gave me the results I had always dreamed of — and I knew I had to share it with the world.

  1. I’ve been doing deep core exercises for a few weeks and don’t feel anything… will this course help?

  2. When can I start this after having a baby?  
    You can begin the breathing exercises 1–2 weeks postpartum. Before doing the full workout videos, wait until you’re cleared for exercise by your doctor.


  3. Will this fix Diastasis Recti? 
    Yes, this program is designed to help pull your abs back together and support healing. If you have severe DR (a gap larger than 2.5–3 fingers), consult a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, because you may need manual work as well, but this course is great to do with that or stand alone.


  4. I have a large gap in my abs — can I still do this?
    Yes! This series is safe for everyone and will absolutely help. In fact, it’s one of the most effective ways to support healing and core strength with a larger separation.


  5. Will I lose weight doing this?
