WELCOME! 

We are so happy to welcome you to Trim Bootcamp! This is one of the best things you could do for yourself, and we are so honored to be a part of your journey!  Right now, we want you to take a deep breath and know we will be with you every step of the way.  TRIM is not your typical fitness app.  With the program, you’ll receive live coaching / training everyday from your TRIM Trainer.

Everyone will get full access to the app the Sunday morning before your start date.  Until then, you will have access to key sections to start learning. You'll find the app has a lot of resources and materials, but know that you don't need to consume all at once. TRIM is a building block program and you will have access to add things on as you go.

Getting prepared: Until your group starts, the best thing you can do is prepare yourself for the upcoming round.  In this email, we'll walk you through how to do just that.

Remember, the first week of TRIM is the onboarding week. That means you have a full week to practice and prep before we start the full 6 weeks. We do not expect anyone to start the program knowing it all. We designed TRIM to be a building block program to progress overtime. This will ensure you make true lifestyle changes. During your Onboarding week, be sure to ask your trainer all of the questions and learn how TRIM works. Week 1 will be when you implement more of the TRIM program. 

Once you watch the video above, do the following:

  1. Go to "My Progress" on the main page of the app and fill out all of the BEFORE sections and click save. 
  2. Food Tracker: Start tracking what you are eating to get used to this behavior.  You can "heart" foods you eat most often to add to your favorite list for easy access. Don't worry about being perfect...we just want you to practice right now.
  3.  My Journal: If you think of questions you will have for your trainer, write them down in your journal so you don't forget to ask them.
  4. Settings: Review "my numbers" and the "about me" section to make sure they are filled out correctly. For calculating your calories, make sure your height is in inches only.

TRIM Meal Plans

How they work: TRIM meal plans are designed to be flexible and lifestyle friendly. You will see we have options based on calories so that you can choose the PDF meal plans that fit closest to your calorie goals. 1500 and 2200 calorie options will be available in the app.

There are 7 weeks of meal plans. You can use the days in any order you wish. This lets you create your own personal week by mixing and matching days. Reusing your favorite days is completely fine as well. You find what works best for you!

The meal plans can be used as a guide to get inspiration, or you can follow them extremely closely.
