App Reminders 

We are a new app to the stores. After submitting we realized there are 2 known features that did not get uploaded correctly when we submitted. Once we update the app in the stores, we will be resolving these feature issues.

Then at the bottom there are a few features that have best practice tips.


Features that aren't functioning correctly just yet (but won't disrupt your progress): 

  • Editing button on food logs: The “edit” feature will be fully functional in our first update. For now, please do not use the edit option. If you accidentally use this feature it will slow down the app and throw other errors moving forward. Don't worry though...just swipe out of the app to clear it out and you will be good. We have found some ladies need to redownload the app. Your information won't be lost. If you need help, just email us [email protected].

    • Easy Work Around: If you add a food to your log and then need to make a change, just delete the item and re-add it from your recent foods or favorite foods  (it’ll be right at the top). This keeps your numbers accurate and avoids any tracking issues.
  • On - Demand Library: We have a robust workout library for you all with a filter. Every filter works, but right now if you try to do more than one filter option at once it won't filter properly.

    • Work around: Use the filters "type of workout" to find the workout for the day.  They have the times in the titles, so really, this filter does what you want to do.
    •  Reminder: For best results we recommend following of the progressive plans for the 7 weeks. To make it extremely easy for you all, you don't even need to search workouts in the ondemand library, we have the workout of the day linked in the daily post for you every day for each plan option.

Feature that work, but best practice:

Custom Adds (Recipes): When using “Custom Add,” be sure to enter something in the “Ingredients” box — even just an “x” will prevent errors. This step supports future recipe features coming in the future. If you don't put something in box, your custom food won't be created.

Barcode Scanner: The scanner works great for most items! If something doesn’t scan, you can quickly add it using “Custom Add.” Newer or health-focused foods might not be in the system yet, but we’re expanding the database daily.

If you get "an error has occurred": Clear out of the app and open back up.  That's it! It will full clear the error full for you.  Just hitting the x we are finding doesn't clear it completely for some phones.

PS, we have found that if you ever feel like an error code is getting thrown a lot, or the app is going slow, deleting the app and redownloading it resolves all issues 99% of the time.  Sometimes moving quickly in the app can make it confused, and this clears it up. Â
